To make long glorious days on the slope, you need to stay warm and dry.
This awesome jacket has 20K water resistance and 20g breathability.
This basically means that while no water is getting in from the outside, moisture that builds up on the inside of the jacket is allowed to escape through the fabric.
This garment has fully taped seams, another measure to make sure that you are staying dry.
The fabric is PFC-free and has mechanical stretch for total flexibility.
There are laser-cut holes at the high collar that serve for extra ventilation and ventilation zippers under the arms so that you can regulate your temperature.
The hood of this jacket is designed to fit over your helmet for added protection from the elements.
The hood can be cinched in when the extra space is not needed.

Warm, light and flexible

This is exactly how a ski jacket should be! It is warm, light and not constricting at all. With all the hatches closed it's really warm, especially with the hood. The ventilation openings under the arms work great. The ski-specific details such as the sleeve cuffs, the snow skirt and the ski pass pocket work very well.
Good, pretty and acceptable price.

Tested for 3 days in Sierra Nevada with a blazing sun, it completed its mission. With a lycra t-shirt underneath I haven't felt cold at all, although we know that this is very subjective. Good cut, good design and good material.

A very nice jacket. Was ready for a new one, so far only worn for 3 days during a long ski weekend. It was about -10 with an occasional strong wind in the elevator, but with this jacket it was no problem at all. While he then breathed fine during/after a few intensive descents. Nicely cut model with sufficient pockets where you expect them.
