This trailer is quite simply the best I could find on the market for my needs. The price is substantial but you get nothing for nothing. The quality is there. Lightness and resistance are there (aluminum frame) and quality of manufacture too. During assembly (very simple), the holes for the fixings are where they should be, unlike some cheaper trailers on the market, where users have encountered some unpleasant surprises. The wheels are also very well made. In terms of practicality, the absence of rails at the front and rear is actually very appreciable. This makes it possible to adapt without constraint to all situations and thus transport bulky items longer than the dimensions of the tray. And for small objects, adding basic straps (or even a plastic or wooden box secured with straps) helps secure them. If we had to find a fault, it would be that it lacks a security system to lock the trailer to the bike. I therefore use a U-shaped lock combined with a cable to secure the whole thing.In terms of improvement, the manufacturer could provide a location for a flag in a future version to better signal the daytime trailer to motorists. But in practice, you can easily find a way to set one yourself.

Hello, the proposed fixing is incredibly simple. Efficient and robust (plus safety pin) it allows the trailer to be hitched to the rear wheel axle. You will find more information on the official website of the manufacturer Burley (images, videos, assembly manual).

There is a coupling that is mounted on the axle (quick release or thru axle). Then you can quickly attach the trailer. On the manufacturer´s website there are assembly instructions (also in German) which describe how to attach it to the bicycle frame.

Mounting the "hanger attachment/bracket" to the bicycle is super easy. It is simply a screw through the bracket and right into the frame in one of the available holes in the area around the wheel nut. I was lucky to have a stainless steel screw of the correct size lying around that fit right into one of the holes directly above the wheel nut (Very easy on my bike as there are recessed nuts in place for standard external wheel nuts. On my last bike I mean I put on the fixing bracket between the wheel nut and the rear fork. You can fix this nicely. Mvh Terje
