I use them for skiing on the slopes and they are warm and comfortable; I took a L and slept comfortably, but I could also have taken an M; my build is thin legs but without a waist, so I thought they would be too tight at the waist, in truth the elastic is very adaptable

But I use this model in the men's version for ski mountaineering and cross-country skiing. I recommend to buy with the jacket.
