Is it the size of the shaft, or the shaft with the accessories? There are 150 and 160cm available sizes. If I need 155cm pole, should I pick 160 and cut them, or 150 will be 155 when I add the other parts?

according to the text it is a "Fischer Premio 30 Kit" - but a "One Way Premio 30 Kit" is shown. As far as I know there is no Fischer Premio 30: is it the Premio 30 Kit from the company One Way or are the pictures wrong?
